Community Health Needs Assessment

Access to nutritious foods, economic opportunities and growth for our communities is fundamental in shaping our future. Lakeland HealthCare recognizes that it takes multiple stakeholders and partners in order to make our communities safe and healthy. Our hope is to understand the needs of our community and provide optimal care across the continuum. By addressing and meeting the needs of our community, Lakeland HealthCare is making Berrien County and the surrounding areas a better place to live and grow. As we continue our grassroots efforts in making the commitment to care our priority, we will continue to have a vested concern in our efforts to improve our quality of life.
