Free massage chairs have been placed around Lakeland to help support team member wellbeing.
Lakeland team members can now enjoy free massage chair and relaxation areas. Courtesy of the Spectrum Health West Michigan employee wellness committee and the Spectrum Health Lakeland Foundation, a massage chair has been placed at each of these locations:
- Spectrum Health Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph: Wellness Room D4114 (outside of 4th floor CCU)
- Spectrum Health Lakeland Niles Hospital: Library
- Spectrum Health Lakeland Watervliet Hospital: Administration office’s computer room
- Pine Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center: Room 108
“Supporting the wellbeing of team members is very important to Lakeland leadership,” said Soroya Pierre-VanArtsen, president, Spectrum Health Lakeland Foundation. “Our team members give so much to others. We hope this project allows them to take a few moments for themselves.”
